As a first foray into a BDSM novel I must say I was not displeased. It was a challenge for me sure, there is no background to the characters and no real world building but the story flowed nicely and the writing was simple but elegant. It took about 8% of the book to really get into it and at first the style of the characters point of views confused me but it became easier after a few pages.The story is straightforward: Faith meets a girl named Grace, Grace brings her home, they have wonderful sex and then Grace's Master (William) caught them and decided to punish them both. Thus, setting Faith on the path into a whole new lifestyle of which she is frightened and curious, the live of BDSM, Dominate/Submissive.
The struggles of Faith and the Dominance of William are greatly portrayed going into depth and descriptions that will leave you blushing and wanting more. I enjoyed watching Faith grow and accept her new lifestyle, even if it was hard and painful for her it was nice to see her open up at the end.
While there are a few mistakes in the novel (I found 2) It was well edited. Throughout the books I was appalled, angry, confused, and utterly engrossed, finishing the book in one sitting. I do hope the author decides to write more books, and maybe expand on this one since we only got to see the tip of the iceberg of the relationship between Grace, Faith and William.

A must read. Couldn't put the book down and each page you turned intriguing you lore and more. Then end left you wanting more. Good job Robin on writing such a great book with very true happenings.
I just finished reading a sneak preview of "Interviews Of My Sex Life Finding Me" and I have to say that Zion out climaxes herself in this book. The stories are woven together in an erotic, mind blowing, powerful exchange that will leave you breathless and begging for me.
This book was not only sexy, it was also intruiging, scary, suprisingly educational and mouth watering! I definitely enjoyed reading this book, the ending left me wanting more although any more from this author would've probably been more frightening lol! Great job Robin! High five n drinks all the way!
I have to say that I HATED "50 Shades of Grey" and sequels because I felt it was too tame, the characters too unrealistic.
I can't say that ANY of that is true of this story! "Absolute Will" is an unflinching look into the world of BDSM. I liked it because it was NOT just a bunch of boring sex scenes. There is NOTHING ordinary or boring about the sex scenes here. There was also a good sense of interaction between master and submissive, and it showed the emotional ties between the two. The book shows a great progression as it follows Faith from her initiation into the lifestyle to her complete immersion in it. I definitely recommend this one!
While I am certainly no prude and have read many erotic books, this one just was too much. It seemed like the domination of the main female character would never end, and it took far too long to get to what the point of the story was. I just felt it was like one very long pornographic essay. I recommend passing on this one.
I'm not sure why this did nothing for me. It wasn't because the book is hardcore pain and humiliation and therefore pretty tough for me. I guess what bothers me is that Faith and Grace professed to love William but I felt that he (William ) destroyed any sense of self the women had rendering them incapable of love. How can anyone give them self to another when there is no self left,
William reminded me of a cult leader.
